Being a responsible employer also means advocating the inclusion of workers with disabilities
As early as 2012, we set up a program (HAN’ACTION) that aims to combat misconceptions about disabilities. This approach is also accompanied by in-house communication operations to inform our employees on putting together a disability dossier, as well as by discussion days between people with disabilities and volunteer ID Logistics employees.
In 2020, the Group signed an agreement in France with AGEFIPH (the French association responsible for managing development funds for the professional integration of people with disabilities) which structures our efforts to promote the employment and retention of people with disabilities.
Our disability policy is also active at global level.
